Description

The purpose of this notice is to notify interested parties that the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland, plans to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-01-G-0114 to Sierra Nevada Corporation Inc. This order will be for support of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Common Automatic ECARS. The contractor shall integrate the ECARS hardware and the TDP software to produce an integrated solution to predict a quiescent, or calm period when ship motions are predicted to be less than normal for the given sea conditions in accordance with the Statement of Work.
