Description

NSN 4240-01-049-0986,Bag, Breathing, OBA-4, Mine Safety Appliances P/N460667. Resultant contract will be for a fixed quantity -- Quantity is 1925EA. Only this P/N is acceptable. There will be 4 deliveries begining 180 days after the award date split between Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA defense depots. Specifications,Plans, and drawings relating to this acquisition are not available from, and cannot be furnished by, the Government. Since this is a commercial item the Government will use the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisitions. The proposed acquisition is 100% unrestricted. Copies of this solicitation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http:progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at time of solicitation issuance.
