This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotations and incorporates Provisions and Clauses IAW the FAR/DFAR. This is a competitive procurement. Award will be based on lowest bidder meeting all specifications. Filter cartridges for Model CJU1500 Dust Collector, as follows: ITEM 0001 FILTER CARTRIDGE P/N C67-01013-U1 240/EACH, ITEM 0002 FILTER CARTRIDGE P/N C67-01001-U1 72/EACH, ITEM 0003 SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES, IF APPLICABLE TO NORFOLK, VA. Closing Date of Quote is November 17, 2000, 1700 HOURS (5:00PM) Eastern Standard Time. Facsimile Responses are preferred at 757-462-4110.
