FISC Norfolk Det Phila intends to procure Site-Same Location, Marine Ship Operator and NSN Cross Reference Government Locator Databases for the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP), 700 Robbins Ave., Bldg. 1, Room 1500, Technical Library, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5098. . This is a sole source action with Information Handling Services, which is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, since they are the only source capable of providing the required databases. The acquisition is being processed via FAR 12.6. The applicable SIC for this procurement action is 27419903 and the Small Business Standard is 100.
