Description

The Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center (NFESC), as Course Curriculum Model Manager (CCMM), has been tasked with the responsibility to develop course curriculum and schedule Naval Occupational Safety and Health, and Environmental Training Center (NAVOSHENVTRACEN) sponsored Navy oil spill response training courses to Navy civilian and military personnel. These courses are designed to teach oil spill response management techniques and the deployment, operation, and maintenance of a variety of oil spill response systems & equipment. These courses are Facility Response Team (FRT)/Installation Response Team (IRT) 40-hour course, Facility Response Team (FRT)/Installation Response Team (IRT) 24-hour course, Oil Skimmer Operation and Maintenance (O&M) 40-hour course, Rapid Response Skimmers (RRS) 24-hour course, Spill Management Team (SMT) 16-hour course, and Boom Repair (BR) 8-hour course. This requirement is being solicited as 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611710, and the small business size standard is $5,000,000.00. This requirement is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract, for a base period and four option periods. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of this requirement will be limited to the electronic medium; this requirement will be available for viewing and downloading, free of charge, via http://esol.navfac.navy.mil.
