Project 502-01-104 Architect Engineer Services to design and furnish plans and specifications and construction period services to Correct Patient Accessibility Deficiency which involves converting gravel parking lots to concrete/asphalt and sidewalk work at VA Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana. A/E selection based on recent specialized experience, professional capacity to accomplish work, professional qualifications of staff and consultants assigned to the project. Area of consideration is restricted to A/E firms and consultants within a 125 mile radius of Alexandria, Louisiana. This notice issued subject to availability of funds and is not a request for proposal. The estimated consturction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
