Description
The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System located in Gainesville, FL and the VA Outpatient Clinic in Daytona Beach, Florida requires full coverage including scanhead protection, 1 PM per year for each piece of equipment and unlimited emergency service for HDI 3000 and UM9HDI with all transducers. Service hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. Service is expected to begin 1/2/01 thru 9/30/01 with two, one-year options for renewal. All interested parties should request a solicitation by 11/16/00 to be considered. Faxed requests are acceptable. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the commercial item format in FAR 12.303.
