- Description
- Under the authority of 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the US Army TACOM- ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, intends to award a commercial purchase order for the Welding Repairs on Fuel Oil Tanks and Cathodic Protection Installation on Fuel Oil Tanks at Picatinny, to W&K Welding and Tank Erectors, Inc., located at Riverton, New Jersey. This contractor is being used since they are familiar with Picatinny and can do this immediately so that Picatinny will not incur fines or other unacceptable delays. See numbered Note 22.
