Description

Contractor to provide all supervision, parts, labor, equipment and supplies to provide preventive maintenance and unlimited emergency repairs on various manufacturer sterilizers, washers, surgical tables, decontamination units, autoclaves; parts, accessories and labor to be included for the period January 1, 2001 thru September 30, 2001 with two (2) one year renewal options. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All request must for bid must be made in writing referencing solicitation 506-06-00. Fax request may be sent to 734-213-3833. Projected issue date is 11/15/00 with a projected bid opening date of 12/7/00. Solicitation is a small business set-aside.
