Description

Meteorological Services for the Air National Guard, Multiple Locations. The Air National Guard issued a Draft RFP for subject services on 24 Jul 00 and held Pre-proposal Conferences and Site Visits at seven ANGB sites during July and August 2000. Prospective offerors were given an opportunity to comment on the Draft RFP and submit comments and questions. One award is contemplated from this solicitation. Contemplated is a firm-fixed price contract, performance period will be a base period and four 12-month option periods. This is an unrestricted procurement and the SIC is 8999. Award will be made on the basis of best value. Evaluation factors for award are (1) Technical/Management, (2) Past Performance, and (3) Price . All prospective offerors who have responded to previous advertisements will be sent a copy of the solicitation electronically. All prospective offerors on the mailing list will also receive a copy of the Bidder's Mailing List, Questions and Answers and a list of the Preproposal Conference/Site Visit Attendees.
