Description

Contractor to provide all parts, labor, materials, and supervision necessary to maintain and operate the Pentaogn Heating and Refrigeration Plant, located at Old Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA. This is the THIRD NOTICE of the contract action for the purpose of issuing a full and open competitive solicitation. This acquisition will be an A-76 cost comparison study. The proposed issue date is on or about February 1, 2001. The Pentagon Heating and Refrigeration Plant is a state of the art computer controlled heating and cooling plant, supplying uninterruptible steam and chilled water to eight million plus square foot Pentagon Reservation.
