R -- SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET RESEARCH Headquarters Marine Corps is developing a requirement for professional advertising services in support of the United States Marine Corps Recruit Advertising program. For the purposes of this acquisition, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 54181 [Standard Industrial classification (SIC) Code 7311]. The business size standard is $5 million. This pending acquisition is for all advertising products and ancillary services necessary to meet the U. S. Marine Corps Recruit Advertising objectives: (1) to position the Marine Corps Recruiting Command Advertisement program as the model for DoD, (2) Provide high visibility advertising that provides a solid foundation for the Enlisted Behavior Model; (3) Provide targeted lead generation products to drive an increasing number of qualified leads to recruiters; (4) Provide current and relevant Recruiter Support Materials that enable recruiters to effectively close sales; and (5) Exploit emerging technologies and new marketing techniques to remain at the forefront of all recruit advertising. Key elements in support of the Recruit Advertising program are defined in the draft statement of work located at the website below. Please be advised that this SOW is merely a DRAFT and various changes may likely be included in the final SOW once released. This draft SOW is provided to give industry an overview of the services to be requested and allow industry an opportunity to review the SOW and provide comments on its clarity, feasibility, and completeness prior to the release of an official Request for Proposal (RFP) for Recruit Advertising Support Servicies. Please identify any additional information you feel is required to thoroughly understand the requirement or other issues pertinent to this RFI. The posting of this draft SOW does not obligate the government to any future contractual action.
