Description

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is seeking suppliers who can provide services to manage USPS assets for sale of media space. To support this effort, the USPS intends to enter into a contract on a competitive basis. The criteria necessary for the successful contractor are as follows: The supplier will need to demonstrate experience in the sale of media space such as billboards and other outdoor properties; must be a recognized supplier in the advertising area; able to leverage assets on a national basis; assessing organizations capabilities to perform the required work; demonstrate market research of advertising market products, services, and technology; and have the ability to initiate and negotiate media contracts on a national level. There will be no assurance that the USPS will actually contract for services above, however, if a solicitation is issued, all respondents to this synopsis will receive a copy.
