Description

Sources are being sought for a possible contract for husbanding agent/port services to support U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard ships and vessels in Monterey California. Types of services to be provided include but are not limited to the following: arrangements for CHT (sewage) removal, trash removal, potable water service, and oily waste disposal via barge; water taxi service (water taxis must be U.S. Coast Guard certified with proper equipment); landing barge service; arranging vehicle rentals; interpreter services; providing cellular service and equipment and/or ship to shore two way radios; providing assistance in protocol requirements; arranging customs brokerage service; cargo literage; drayage; crane and forklift services; and other services as might be required by military vessels. The period of performance will be a base year and two one year options. Type of contract will be a delivery order, indefinite quantity (with a minimum guarantee) with fixed price provisions.
