Description

This solicitation is for Refuse/Recycling Removal Services at the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Adelph Laboratory Center (ALC), Adelphi, MD. The contractor shall provide refuse/recycling that includes providing containers for both services. ALC has an employee base of approximately 1,200 employees, at present, with the expectation of having as many as 1,500 over the life of the contract. The period of performance is twelve (12) months with four (4) option periods of a year each, totaling (48) months in options and a total period of performance of sixty (60) months. This action will be accomplished in accordance with the FAR 19.10 -- Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
