Description

REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 2,875 to 5,750 BOMA rentable square feet of office and related space. BOMA rentable space must yield 2,500 to 5,000 BOMA usable area of office space for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, equipment, and storage. LOCATION: The location shall be within 1,500 walkable linear feet of any station of the Washington DC area Metro subway system and be accessible to all individuals.
