Description

This project consists of but is not limited to the following: Resurfacing existing basement and sub-basement garage floors with a new traffic coating. This work includes surface preparation including joint and crack repairs, traffic coatings with leveling mortars, wearing surface and top coat materials. Floors shall have all parking stalls restripped and renumbered. Work is to be performed during weekend hours only beginning Friday in the PM hours and Ending early Monday in the A.M. hours. This project is set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320 with a size standard of $27.5 million. The cost range is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The completion time for this project is 35 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). This is a negotiated procurement, proposals will be opened privately. The number of proposals received, the identity of offers, the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed. Specifications will be available through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov on or about 11/19/2000. Due date for receipt of proposals will be 12/21/2000.
