Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in sub-part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F02601-00-T0408 is being issued as a request for quotation. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 5082, size standard 100 employees. EQUIPMENT TO BE SERVICED: (V) To provide quarterly maintenance on the following items: Line Item 1: 1992 YALE 2000 lb forklift/electronic, Model #ERC025ANN. Line Item 2: 1990 HYSTER 4000 lb forklift/electronic, Model #J40XL. Line Item 3: 1992 Tennant ride on sweeper/gas, Model #355. Line Item 4: 1991 Tennant self-propelled sweeper/electronic, Model #186EE. Line Item 5: 1987 Dresser payloader/diesel, Model #515B. Line Item 6: 1997 Saturn mobile shredder/diesel, model #72-46HT. Line Item 7: 1989 AL-JON logger baler/diesel, Model #400. Line Item 8: 1986 HYSTER 4000 lb stand up forklift/electronic, Model #N40CR. Line Item 9: 1998 John Deer Gator scooter/gas, Model #4X2. Line Item 10: 1998 YALE 4000 lb forklift/diesel, Model #GP040AF. Line Item 11: 1998 YALE 4000 lb forklift/electronic, Model #ERC040AFN36SE084EE. Line Item 12: 1998 YALE 6000 lb forklift/diesel, Model #GDP060TGNUAE087. Line Item 13: (3) 1998 HYSTER 15000 lb forklift/diesel, Model #H155XL2. Line Item 14: 1990 HYSTER 4000 lb forklift/electronic, Model #J40XL. Line Item 15: 1993 Miller trailer mounted dc welder/generator, Model #BIG 40. (XVI) Quotations are due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, by 17 November 2000, 4 p.m. local time.
