Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure IR-Transparent Intaglio Green Currency Ink from SICPA Securink Corporation. The BEP intends to issue one order for the Washington DC facility and one order for the Ft Worth faciliity. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase orders will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
