Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to isued a purchase order to Netscan Technology Corportation for the renewal of technical support and software maintenance for government owned GESCAN VAX 4000 systems. In accordancw with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified, justified and approved for Netscan Technology Corporatioj. This requirement will be accomplished through the new Simplofied Acquisition rules under FAR 13 dated December 15, 1994. No solicitation is available. Closing date is November 17, 2000.
