- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a purchase order to Zaxus, Inc. for the renewal of maintenance on Datacryptor 2000 X.25 units. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified, justified and approved for Zaxus, inc. This requirement will be accomplished through the new Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR 13 dated December 1, 1994. No solicitation is available. Closing date is November 17, 2000.
