Description

The purpose of this modification is to clarify the following issues: a. Lexmark products MUST ONLY BE BRAND NEW. b. Hewlett Packard and Panasonic products can be either remanufactured or new. c. CLIN 0010 model number should be read as HP98A for HP Laser Jet IV, and CLIN 0011 model number should be read as HP91A for HP 4SI printers. d. There will be multiple deliveries upon placing calls only by authorized persons. Delivery Date should be from award date until September 30, 2001. e. Response date is extended from November 8 to Nov 14, 2000. f. If you have already submitted your proposal, it's entirely up to you to resubmit your revised proposal incorporating these changes.
