Description

The Department of the Interior, National Business Center, Telecommunications Services Office, intends to award a telephone maintenance contract for eleven (11) SRX telephone systems for FY 2001. The period of performance will cover October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. The maintenance agreement must include: all site visits, parts, and labor. Replacement parts and equipment must be readily available on-demand to accommodate anticipated and actual trouble calls. The awarded vendor must be a recognized Teltronics distributor, and must prove Teltronics-SRX technician certification. The vendor must have local warehousing and technician dispatch to support all trouble calls reported at no more than a 2-hour response time during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
