Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention contemplates award of a fixed price contract to obtain routine maintenance and emergency repair services for Hewlet-Parkard chemical analysis instruments. Services will involve both hardware and software. FAR, Part 12 is applicable to this procurement. Potential offerors are hereby notified that services shall be provided by an HP authorized service representative and will be performed at various CDC locations in Atlanta, Ga. The Standard Industrial Code for this procurement is 8999. The North American Industry Classification is 811219. The anticipated period of performance for the resultant contract will be for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation package will be available on/about November 20, 2000. Contract award will be made on/about January 1, 2001. Interested offerors should request RFP No. 2001-N-00003. No telephone requests.
