(9) DRAWINGS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AND A NON-REFUNDABLE $50.00 CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER MADE OUT TO THE U.S. COAST GUARD. ************************************************************** This is a synopsis for ship repair under request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-01-Q-3FA092. This RFQ will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services and competence to complete Dockside repairs: 1. Renew Aluminum Plating in the DC Locker, 2. Remove and Dispose of Diesel Fuel, 3. Clean and Inspect Fuel Oil Tank, 4. Overhaul Fin Stabilizer pump/Motor Assemblies, 5. Overhaul Steering Gear Components, 6.Modify Sewage System Piping, 7. Renew Sewage System Tank Vent Piping, 8. Renew Deck Covering System (Main Deck and CPO Passageway and Mess Deck/Galley), 9. Renew Bulkhead Insulation in Engine Room. 10. Renew Bulkhead and overhead Insulation in After Steering Compartments on the USCGC Key Biscayne (WPB-1339) 110'. Place of Performance:Corpus Christi, TX. Performance Period: Jan. 7-30, 2001.
