Description

Provide all resources necessary to perform Full Time Dining Facility Services at Puerto Rico National Guard, 201st Regional Training Institute, Bldg. 148, Fort Allen, Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, uniforms, identification badges, health examinations, and nutrition training in performance of the services. Specific tasks for full food service and Dining Facility attendant service include, but not limited to, menu planning, receiving and storage of subsistence, food preparation, food serving, self service, cashier, administration, dining room service, floor cleaning, dishwashing, pot and pan cleaning, equipment cleaning and sanitizing. The contract period will be a base year with two one-year options as required by Solicitation Number DAHA70-01-R-0001. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a firm-fixed price requirements, with price adjustment requirements type contract. This procurement is solicited by a Request for Proposal, commercial item process, FAR Part 12 and Part 15. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this acquisition is 5812, with a size standard of $5.0M. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business Concerns. All interested parties are encouraged to request copy of the solicitation. Only written request shall be accepted. Request can be mailed to USPFO for Puerto Rico, Attn: Contracting Div., PO Box 34069, Fort Buchanan, P.R. 00934-4069 and accompanied by a certified check or money order for the amount of $25.00 payable to DFAS-IN,DCD. Evaluation of the proposal shall be based on price and trade off process with past performance and technical capabilities. Solicitation is available on or about 20 NOVember 2000. Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be conducted the 5 December 2000 at 9:30 A.M. at Bldg. 148, Fort Allen, Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico.
