Description

Contractor to provide all materials, labor, and equipment to complete the rehabilitation of the Hoover Building/ATI, Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historic Site, OH. The work consists of the rehabilitation of an existing three story masonry historic building and the buildout/modification of the adjacent three story building. The two structures together will serve as a combined Visitor Center and office space for the National Park Service and partner organization. Project total approximately 22,000 gross square feet. The Solicitation number is I6068010012. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 233320. The magnitude of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This project is being solicited and will be awarded under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is opened to both small and large business.
