Description

The United States Postal Service is soliciting offers for a new construction leased facility on a USPS controlled site in Meadows of Dan, VA during the period November 8, 2000 through December 15, 2000. The Postal Service controls approximately 84,115 gross square feet of land located on the northwest side of U. S. Route 58 (JEB Stuart Highway) and Virginia State Route 758 in Meadows of Dan, Patrick County, Virginia. Performance and payment bonds are required for this project. Offeror will be required to construct a new facility to meet Postal Service requirements. A non-refundable check or money order in the amount of $50.00 payable to Duncan-Parnell, Inc. is required for each package.
