Description

This procurement is for a Firm Fixed-Price Requirements type contract with a Base Performance Period and two one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide all labor, material equipment, transportation, and supervision required to construct, repair or replace various streets, sidewalks, parking lots, and curbing at Fort Irwin, CA. Work shall include preparation and clean-up of site, as well as, patching, overlays, removal and replacement of existing paving, in addition to other items of work commonly associated with repair of damaged or deteriorated asphalt and concrete pavements. Anticipated Issue Date is on/about 11/7/00. Bid opening is scheduled for 12/7/2000. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1611, Highway and Street Construction, Except Elevated, with a small business size of $27.5M. The estimated cost is over $11,000,000.00 for the base and two option periods. Solicitation package will be available on/about 11/7/2000.
