Description

The work under this Contract consists of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to accomplish kitchen and bathroom repairs, either in part or entirety (by total replacement), in various residential buildings at Langley AFB, Virginia (Main Base LTA/HTA Areas and Bethel Manor Housing 1500, 1600, and 1700 Areas). All work involved in this contract will be issued as either a Blanket Delivery Order(s) (BDO) that specific task orders will be placed against or a task order issued for a specific unit. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, and material that are required to complete each Delivery Order or call order. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The location of bidders will be restricted to the local/regional area only. The minimum delivery order amount is $10,000. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only through the Electronic Posting System (EPS). Web address for EPS is www.eps.gov/. Paper copies will not be available. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR will make that bidder ineligible for award.
