Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE) intends to procure four (4) each Resistive/Reactive Load Bank Sets P/N K617/D15167 in support of the AV-8B aircraft. The Government does not own specifications or drawings. NAWCADLKE intends to enter into negotiations with the sole source of supply, Avtron Manufacturing, Independence, OH. Avtron Manufacturing is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data required. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. All responses must be received within 15 days. Responses should reference N68335-01-R-0069. A determination by the government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government (SEE Note 22).
