FOR THE REPAIR OF ITEM 1: MODEM, COMMUNICATIONS, NSN: 5895-01-371-5188, QTY.; 18 EACH, MFG: MACKAY COMMUNICATIONS INC., PART NUMBER: TT-1585E. TO BE REPAIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH USCG, ELC SPECIFICATION ELC NUMBER R-400-299F. The US Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center Baltimore MD will issue a written request for quotes for the above items with anticipated delivery to occur by 01/01/01. Requests for quotation packages will be issued on 11/06/00 for award on 12/01/00. This procurement is set aside 100 percent for small business concerns. The SIC code for this solicitation is 3641 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. Requests for quotation packages may be made in writing to the POC listed above or by facsimile to (410) 762-6071. Requests shall include company name, address, RFQ number and POC.
