Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. No Request For Quote (RFQ) will be made available for distribution. Award will be based on responsive, responsible, technically acceptable low bids. The government intends to award, on a sole source basis, an order for the following items: 1) Terra Vista Pro Builder,(accepts digital geographic data in various forms, supports openflight and terrapage output formats, includes global texture creation, 2D map creation, material-mapped phototexture library, and enhanced multihreading. 2) Annual customer/software support (12 months access to terrex software technical support, training and free upgrades.
