Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PHONE AND FAX REQUESTS FOR A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This is 100% set-aside for small business. Solicitations Number RFQ-01-F006 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The SIC code for this solicitation is 7372 and the size standard is $18.0 million. The solicitation is for the following software: (1) 700 each Adobe Acrobat 4.0 full license; (2) 1 each Adobe Acrobat 4.0 full version Media. Delivery will be made to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Inspector General Washington DC. The Government requires delivery no later than three (3) weeks after receipt of purchase order. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors_Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications_Commercial Items, with their offer.
