PLEASE NOTE: THE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED CBD, DATED 3 Nov 2000 UNDER SUBMISSION ACCEPTANCE NUMBER SN5058G3, IS NOT A SOURCES SOUGHT. THE ACTION CODE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT IS "P" PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to acquire expert engineering support to assist in developing methodologies, prototype systems and concepts of operation for the management of data of interest to the Department of Defense. All personnel working on the proposed contract will require minimum SECRET clearance and key personnel will require Top Secret Clearance with DCID 1/14 eligibility. The potential life cycle of the contract will consist of one base year and three-(1) year options. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR Parts 15 and 19 under NAICS code 541511. The contract will be a CPFF IDIQ contract with supplies and services being procured by the issuance of task orders. The Government will require Cost/Price, Technical and Management, and Past Performance Proposals. The Government will not pay for information received. The Government will be hosting a Pre-Proposal Conference on 28 November 2000 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST. The conference will be held at the following location: Fort Washington Facility, Building 3, 10530 Riverview Road, Fort Washington, MD 20744-5821. All CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS MUST BE U.S. CITIZENS AND MUST POSSESS A SECRET CLEARANCE. As a part of the conference, the Government will conduct a site visit IAW FAR 52.237-1 of the Government work site. A DRAFT RFP will be provided to attendees of the Conference. No further solicitation notice will be issued. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER. Notification of your attendance must be given by emailing Ms. S.
