To furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance, emergency service & periodic preventive maintenance inspections for the Wellhofer WP600c Dosimetry Water Phantom System which includes: Water Phantom; Dosimetry 3D System Controller; Scanning Film Densitometer; Twin Channel Electrometer; C60 Control Computer; Mobile Work Station; and all associated detectors, reservoirs, tables, and other system components. All services shall be performed in accordance with terms, conditions, and specifications of the contract. Location of equipment: VA Medical Center, 1670 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA.
