Description

To furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance, emergency service & periodic preventive maintenance inspections for the following KODAK equipment: (1) Kodak M6AW film processor & all associated system components. (2) Kodak M6B film processors & all associated system components. (3) Kodak M7B film processors & all associated system components Sterling DP 220 film processors & all associated system components: All services shall be performed in accordance with terms, conditions, and specifications of the contract. Location of equipment: VA Medical Center, 1670 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA. Contract period is from 12/1/2000 through 9/30/2001 with four one-year options.
