Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ann Arbor Healthcare System is soliciting offers from all responsible sources who can provide PMI and repair on medical imaging systems, including but not limited to, (1) Imation Dryview, 8700, Single Input, (2) Picker Synergen, Clinix VPE, (3) O.E.C. C-Arm 9600, 9" II, (4) Toshiba Ultrasound SSH 140 std probes, (5) ATL HDI 5000 Ultrasound, 5 std probes, (6) H/P 5500 Ultrasound, 2 std probes, 1 Omniplane, 1 TEE probe, (7) GE MVP General, (8) FUJI AC3 Plate Reader, (9) Picker R&F, 12" II,(10) GE Signa Horizon, 1.5T GE Cryogens, (11) Picker PQ 6000, (12) GE Advantx LC, Biplane, 9" II, (13) GE Advantx LC, Single Plane, 12" II, (14) GE High-speed Advantage CT with SIM, (15) Siemens Polystar, Single Plane, 12" II, (16) Siemens Multistar T.O.P., Single, 12" II, (17) Siemens Neurostar, Biplane, 12" II, (18) GE R&F Legacy, 12" II, (19) Phillips R&F Dianost 97, 9" II, and (20) Phillips Thorovision Optimus 80. The contract award is anticipated for the beginning of January, 2001, to continue until September 30, 2001, with four pre-priced option years running October 1, through September 30, of each option year. Request for Proposals (RFPs) will be available on or about November 17, 2000. Request for Proposals (RFPs) may be obtained by submitting a written request to the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist. Written requests might include faxed (313-576-1077), e-mailed (jodi.cokl@med.va.gov), or U.S. Mail/courier delivered (see address above) requests and must contain requester's Company Name, Address, Contact Point, Telephone, and Facsimile number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered for award.
