Description

To furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance, emergency service & periodic preventive maintenance inspections for the following MEDRAD equipment: (1) Medrad Mark V+Contrast Media Injectors, all control consoles and associated system components. (2) Medrad MCT Contrast Media Injector including all associated system components. (3) Medrad Envision Contrast Media Injector including all associated system components. (4) Medrad Spectris Contrast Media Injector including all associated system components. All services shall be performed in accordance with terms, conditions, and specifications of the contract. Location of equipment: VA Medical Center, 1670 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA. Contract period is from 12/1/2000 through 9/30/2001 with four one-year options.
