Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking applicants for a non-personal service contract for a Medical Technologist to provide services to the Ft. Thompson Health Center, PO Box 200, Ft. Thompson, SD 57339. The Medical Technologist shall provide general laboratory testing services such as evaluation of specimens for analysis, preparation of reagents and primary referenced materials, generate and maintain proper medical record information, etc. The Medical Technologist must meet CLIA education requirements and possess a National Registry. This position is subject to a criminal background investigation. The period of performance will be from January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001. The contractor will be required to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1/2 hour lunch) excluding federal holidays. This is a small business set-aside (see Note 1).
