Description

The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service, Office of Environmental Health & Engineering, intends to negotiate a contract for Community Water Flouridation Coordinator, under a Personal Services Contract. Upon Award the contractor shall be responsible for promotion of Community Water Flouridation and coordination of appropriate activities related to community water flouridation in the Phoenix Area. The RFQ-502 will be available for mailing/issuance on November 20, 2000. Closing date for quotes is December 20, 2000.
