Description

The proposed modification is for technical training course material and instructors for the Improved Ribbon Bridge (IRB). The Government intends to solicit only one source, (EWK Eisenwerke Kaiserslautern) under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice is intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This action is restricted to EWK as they own the technical data package for the IRB and are the only firm capable of performing this effort.
