Description

SOURCES SOUGHT USMA West Point is seeking qualified HUB Zone and/or 8(a) firms capable of performing construction/construction management for the building of a new Crew and Sailing Center. The work will entail drilled piles to support a 15,000 sq. ft. structure to accomodate 4 rowing tanks and possible areas for a sailboat and shell repair shop and storage, training, locker room, shower room, toilet rooms, clothes dryer rooms, office and kitchenette. Shallow foundations are not suitable for this site. The NAICS code is 233320 and size standard is $27.5M. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS; THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in the CBD. In order to ascertain the method of procurement, qualified firms are invited to submit a "CAPABILITY STATEMENT". Your statement shall indicate bonding capability to $5M, name and address of firm, size of business, 8(a) and/or HUB Zone certification; list of customers within the past five years where relevent work has been performed, contract number, dollar value, and numbers of point of contact.
