- The response date is changed from 6 Nov 00 to 21 Dec 00. Offerors are advised that congressional approval for this project has not been completed as of the issuance of this synopsis. Congressional approval is expected to be received by 30 Nov 00, prior to the issuance of the solicitation. This project will involve work on a property determined to be historic. Work will be required to confirm with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of historic property. The Treatment on this project will be rehabilitation.
