Description

THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract will be awarded. Basic year and four options. Work consists of an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide for roof repairs and/or replacements on Eielson AFB and Clear AFS, Alaska. Roofs covered include the following: IRMA (EPDM) membrane, IRMA (BUR membrane), EPDM BUR, Standard BUR, Asphalt shingle, and standing Seam Metal. Performance period shall be 365 calendar days. SIC code 1761 / NAICS code 23561. Magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000 for base year and four option years.
