Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to procure five (5) production support Advanced Launch Control Peripherals (ALPs) under contract N00024-98-C-5363 with Lockheed Martin Naval Electronics and Surveillance Systems-Marine Systems, P.O. Box 4931, Baltimore, MD 21220-0931. Lockheed Martin is currently the only manufacturer (sole producer) with the design and production knowledge to provide the required effort. No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirement.
