- Description
- Hull replacement and painting. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. The tentative availability dates are January 24, 2001 through March 16, 2001 with work to take place at the contractor's facility. The tentative date for contractor's inspection is November 29, 2000. The place of performance is unrestricted. This is a best value procurement utilizing past performance as an evaluation factor.
