Description

This is a modification to Presolicitation Synopsis Notice Number 433468 dated 10 March 2000 for Solicitation N66001-00-R-0002 issued on 18 August 2000. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego (SSC-SD) intends to Re-Solicit as a result of changes to the minimum Specification, Attachment 2 and negotiate a firm fixed price indefinite-quantity, indefinite-delivery, (IDIQ) delivery order type contract forAntenna Tilting Groups (ATG), associated ancillary components, and technical support. The ATG is comprised of heavy duty (HD) and lightweight duty (LD) Tilting Antenna Mechanisms (TAMs.) These ATG's are intended for shipboard use in support of the US Navy. The solicitation Amendment 0004 document will contain further information and a revised Specification once released and re-opened for competition. The revised solicitation document will be issued approximately on 21 November 2000 or sooner. No hard copy versions of the solicitation will be available. The revised solicitation will be available for downloading and viewing at the SPAWAR Business Opportunity Home Page (BOHP) http://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil/ Interested firms are advised to visit that website and register on the noted specification's email list for an automated email notification of any solicitation updates/changes.
