Description
Nomenclature: Circuit Card Assembly, NSN: 5998-01-444-0587, PN: MIS-PRF-52663, to be procured under a multiple year, requirements contract. The current known quantity for this item is 25 each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for (5) five years for a total maximum quantity of 362 each. Orders will be one or more times as requirements materialize. Destination to be furnished. Delivery schedule 110 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified source. "This document contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22,USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. It has been determined that industry of (whatever countries you designate) may participate in this solicitation at the prime contractor level on any action other than a small business set-aside and industry of (whatever countries you designate may participate at the subcontractor level. Foreign industry desiring a copy of this solicitation must submit an official request through their respective embassy to Headquarters, Department of the Army, ATTN: DAMI-FL. Request received in any other manner will not be honored". A technical data package which defines all engineering and quality requirements is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
