Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio intends to procure, on a full and open competition basis, Iodine-125 Seeds to be used in their Prostrate Brachytherapy Program. Solicitation is for a fixed price requirement contract. The basic period of the contract will be from the date of award through 30 September 2001 and will include four one-year pre-priced option periods through 30 September 2005. Questions pertaining to the RFQ solicitation must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 513-475-6334. Quotes will not be accepted by facsimile but will be accepted via E-Mail at betty.dessauer@med.va.gov or mailed to VA Medical Center (90C), 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati OH 45220.
